Six Moves and Four Directions :
Is the most basic repertoire of Chen style Taijiquan, which consists of six movements: Tai Chi starting, Smash reef, lazy tie, six sealing and four closing, single whip, and closing.Because there are six movements in total, it is named “six hands”.
During practice, it can be practiced cyclically in four directions, so it is called “four images”. This routine is short, compact and powerful, which is easy for beginners to use.
