Zhang Yuhao, a national athlete and the son of Zhang Dongwu and Xu Qinlan, has practiced traditional martial arts since childhood. He has a solid foundation, delicate boxing style, and outstanding style. This course is divided into nine chapters, each lesson is about 20 minutes, with Chinese and English subtitles and names of moves, which is convenient for people with different language backgrounds. Chen-style Tai Chi 56-posture competition routine is a competition routine created by experts organized by the Chinese Wushu Research Institute. It is created on the basis of traditional Chen-style boxing technical movements, with rich content, winding movements, twists and turns; the waist is the dominant force, the body leads the arms; symmetry and coordination, perfect flexibility; hardness and softness, distinct rhythm; fast and slow alternation, continuous and generous; breathing follows the momentum, the mind and momentum are in harmony, the movements are stretched and soft, there is movement in stillness, hardness in softness, and explosions are nurtured in relaxation, which is very suitable for public performance competitions and fitness exercises

Main achievements in recent years: In March 2016, he won four gold medals in boxing, sword, sparring and group at the Hong Kong International Wushu Festival. In June 2016, he represented Zhengzhou City in the Henan Traditional Wushu Competition and won the men’s Chen-style Tai Chi championship in Group B; in November 2016, he represented the Chinese Wushu Association team and won the gold medal in the men’s Chen-style Tai Chi in Group B and C in the “Huangshan Sword Discussion” International Wushu Competition. In September 2017, he represented Zhengzhou City in the “Sports Lottery Cup” Henan Traditional Wushu Championship and won the first place in the men’s Chen-style Tai Chi and was awarded the title of “National Second-Class Athlete”. In November 2017, he won the first place in the men’s traditional Tai Chi sword in Group B at the 7th World Traditional Wushu Championship. In 2018, he was admitted to the School of Physical Education of Zhengzhou University through the sports single recruitment. In August 2018, he went to the National Wushu Games with the Henan Provincial Team and won the Excellence Award for the Duan System Project.In 2019, he participated in the National Wushu Routine Championship (Tai Chi Division) and won the fifth place.In 2019, he participated in the 3rd Henan Traditional Wushu Competition (Finals) and represented Zhengzhou City to win the gold medal in the men’s group C Chen Tai Chi.In 2020, he was awarded the title of “National Athlete” by the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports.In 2021, he participated in the China College Students Wushu Routine Championship (Super Group) and won the first place in Chen Tai Chi.
In 2023, a training class will be opened to teach people of different ages from 30 to 70 years old from all provinces across the country, as far as Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, and even all over the world to learn the standard and agile 56-style competition routine. Through his meticulous and passionate teaching, Jiang Hui, who is already in her 70s in Australia, will take the stage at the China Jiaozuo Tai Chi International Competition in September 2023 and sweep all age groups to win the championship becoming a legend.Two generations of world champions separated by half a century will perform the 56-style competition routine together on the field.Yuhao Zhang trained 70-year-old world champion Jiang Hui in the 56-style command version of the moves, and in November 2023, at the age of 70, he participated again and won the first place in the 11th China Jiaozuo Tai Chi Competition
