Wudang Kung Fu Introduction:
Wudang martial arts have a long and profound history. Zhang Sanfeng, a Wudang Taoist priest in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties, mastered the art and is revered as its founder. Zhang Sanfeng skillfully integrated the essence of the I Ching and the Tao Te Ching into his martial arts, creating a profoundly health-promoting Wudang martial art based on Tai Chi, Xingyiquan, and Baguazhang. Through continuous innovation, enrichment, and accumulation by successive generations of martial artists, this art has become a major school of Chinese martial arts, known as “Shaolin in the North, Wudang in the South.”

Headmaster: Chong Ning, 26th-generation disciple of the Quanzhen Longmen Sect, Ambassador of the Chinese Wushu Federation, Champion of the First International Martial Arts Competition, National Sanda Judge, 6th-degree Golden Tiger Master in Chinese Wushu, and Martial Arts Consultant for the Emei School’s Huanglin Fire Dragon Fist. Specialties: Tai Chi, Sanshou, Baguazhang, Leg Work, Weapons, Marrow Cleansing, and Taoist Health-preserving Exercises. Invited to Singapore for martial arts exchange, he received a cordial audience with President Nathan.
Head Coach: Chong Jing, 26th-generation disciple of the Quanzhen Longmen Sect, 6th-degree Xingyiquan Master in Chinese Wushu, 2024 Wudang Eight Immortals Staff Champion, and a First-Class Chinese Warrior. A Chinese martial arts referee, specializing in styles such as Eight Immortals Staff, Xuanwu Fist, and Xingyiquan. He has participated in large-scale martial arts exhibitions and exchanges both domestically and internationally since childhood, and was invited to perform a Wudang Tai Chi performance at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
Martial arts coach: Chongzhi, a 26th-generation disciple of the Wudang Longmen Sect. He is the Bajiquan champion at the Hubei Traditional Martial Arts Competition, a Chinese martial arts referee, and a national second-level social instructor. He practiced folk boxing as a child and worked as a fitness instructor for many years. He later entered Wudang to practice internal martial arts, developing both internal and external skills. He won the Bajiquan gold medal at the 2020 Hubei Traditional Martial Arts Competition.
Kendo Instructor: Xiao Zhengyue, Wudang Longmen Martial Arts Academy – Martial Arts Consultant, 6th-degree Chinese Wushu, Director of the Shiyan Wushu Association, Member of the Chinese Wushu Association, Honorary President of the Danjiang Wudang Wushu Sports Management Center, winner of the men’s all-around championship in boxing, swordsmanship, and swordplay at the Xi’an “Taibai Cup” International Wushu Competition. He has led his team in over 30 competitions, winning over 300 medals. He has participated in numerous international martial arts competitions.
Gold Medal Coach: Shi Weifan, Tai Chi champion at the Chongwu National Games Finals, and national champion in the 2024 Championship Long Weapon Trials.

Taoist Gong methods are aimed at the health care and treatment needs of certain internal organs or diseases, and have the effect of dredging the meridians, Qi and blood, and adjusting the functions of internal organs. Long-term practice can enhance physical fitness and prevent and treat diseases. It has a high therapeutic effect on the middle-aged and elderly, the weak and sick, and patients with chronic diseases.

Payment Discounts:
Registering for one semester or more will receive a free set of Kung Fu training shoes. Annual pass + a free pair of training shoes. Annual pass holders can make up for three missed classes at any time and campus. Missing more than three classes for any reason (such as returning home for vacation) will automatically extend the annual pass.
Parent-child packages offer additional discounts on the discounted annual pass price of $1,200: 10% off for the first person, 20% off for the second person, 30% off for the third person, and so on. (Parent-child packages offer the option of either learning martial arts together or separately, depending on the child’s and parent’s learning needs.)
