8th Public Welfare Training Class

On February 18, 2019, the 8th Public Welfare Training Class of the East Wu Tai Chi Alliance officially began in Glen Waverley.

Schedule: Every Monday, 12:45 PM – 2:45 PM

Year-Round Curriculum:
(Each term includes new lessons tailored to different skill levels, along with review of previous material)

Chen-Style Tai Chi – 46-Form Cloud-and-Water Tai Chi Fan

Health Qigong: Ba Duan Jin (Eight Brocades)

Chen-Style Tai Chi – Level 1 Solo Routine

Chen-Style Tai Chi – Joint Warm-Up Exercises

Chen-Style Tai Chi – Silk Reeling Practice

Students in the public Tai Chi class only need to pay a $10 annual membership fee, which grants them free access to all public training courses held in their local area throughout the entire year.

We warmly welcome new students to join the East Wu Tai Chi Alliance!

When enrollment reaches capacity, priority will be given to returning Alliance members who have already registered. Late registrations will not be accepted. We kindly remind all returning members not to miss this opportunity—please register as soon as possible.
