From 9.50 to 10.00, the mayor, city councillors, city leaders of Manningham and trainees wear badges to greet them and lead the team to the designated locations.
10.00~10.20 Chen style Tai Chi warm-up exercise
The mayor and councillors are welcome to participate in our warm-up exercise. (Tai Chi practice clothes can be provided if needed)
The coaches wearing red coach uniforms in front led everyone to start moving slowly with the music. At the same time, Master Wendy (world martial arts all-around champion) will use headphones for guidance and practice.
